"You shoot me down, but I won't fall, I am TITANIUM!"

Hey guys, How you're all doin'?

I hope not as bad as me :p (*sob, shaking head). Forgive me guys, just having a really bad day. Was not proud of myself today. Anyway, that aside. I just stumble upon an AMAZING
song, which actually manage to pick my mood up lil bit. Some of you might have known it if you're hardcore music fans, some of you might have not. Either way I am so in love with this song I decided to blog about it. To tell you the truth peep, I was planning to do a blog about dancing actually; however, circumstances changes drastically and I decided to blog about this awesome, awesome song instead.
So, here comes the song, drum rolls please (*dum dum dum dum dum). It's called TITANIUM from the latest unreleased album of the one and only David Guetta.

Frankly speaking, I'm not a big fan of David at all. However, I am a huge, huge, massive fan of his collaborator in this song, the fabulous Sia Furler better known as Sia only.
Once again, for those who by some kind of weird turns of events ends up living on another planet and do not know who the heck Sia is, do not worry as I will kindly explain to you. Oh before I forget, I have to at least tell you what David Guetta is famous for right? Well, he is well-known for kinda like 'producing electronic dancy sound like song sung by famous artists'. His song, When Loves Takes Over featuring Kelly Rowland was an obvious hit. Kelly herself became worldwide phenomenon after taking this song showcasing her insane range. So, enough about David, now let's get back to Sia.
Actually, you have the right to not know her (*giggles) as also for the unknown reason, she is such an underrated singer-songwriter. Firstly, she is Australian (yeay, proud to be studying in Australia). She has begun her carer for quite some time and in my opinion, has panned quite a lot of singles that should be a major, MAJOR hit.
She is very talented songwriter which is proven in her song as well as by her writing songs for other famous artists such as Christina Aguilera. In fact, Christina adores her so much that she was chosen as her advisor in the NBC singing talent show hit, The Voice. As for her singing ability, there is no doubt that this girl has captivated my heart so much with his 'haunting' voice. Her voice is really, really, really good. Very unique and soft to listen too. Thus, for thus, doubting her ability, give it a try listening to her songs and I bet you too, will be swept by the greatness of her voice. In addition to all of that, there is one more thing that I have to mention about Sia. She is very creative in her video, so, so creative and innovative that her videos are actually kinda crazy but crazily good. In order to justify my point, I have no choice but to provide you with some of her music videos that I think are really good.
The first one is for me, one of her greatest song ever, Soon we'll be Found. This song obviously has an emo feel to it. Very melancholic, haunting yet beautiful. In this video, Sia wets her hands with paint and perform sing language to  express the lyrics of the song, very creative, eh? Then, she also use shadow puppet which for me is a genius choice. I've never seen a shadow puppet as complex and wonderful as this one, so kudos for that! Actually, if you like Silhouettes on America's Got Talent latest season (which is season 7) you will definitely like this one. Next one, Breathe Me. Another melancholic song from Sia. This song has a sad feeling about it, yet it's beautiful. It actually poops up in many of the tv series in US and I personally think this song suits for the ending of a telly drama series. In this video, Sia once again shocked us using her creativity. She is using photographs to convey the story of the MV. It's actually almost like stop-motion movies such as Chicken Run and Nightmare Before Christmas but using photographs instead. This is also one of her MUST SEE videos. See it HERE.
Another song of her that I think is awesome is You've Changed. This is the song from her latest album. It's not a melancholic song, it's catchy song instead. The music video is crazy! I mean, using video games as inspiration and trying to portray that using real life 'things' is brilliant. This is definitely what differentiate Sia from another singers
in this era. Her talent is superb, she is the real deal. Oh, I have to say that she can sing live, I mean like LIVE! without any auto-tuned or electronic devices that could transform your oh-not-so-good voice to pitch perfect. I don't have anything against auto-tunes, I actually respect those who use it, if you're not feeling good/comfortable with your voice, by all means use it! Like my parents always say "people bring ears". So, this is it, Enjoy! If you like what you hear and want to listen to her songs all day long, by all means, buy it or download it now on iTunes. Actually, I will give you one
more preview just in case you're not yet convinced. She contributed to the soundtrack of "Twilight Saga" movies. I forgot which movie was it, but I believe it's the third one (correct me if I'm wrong). The song is called, My Love and it is magnificent. It's so sad and haunting and beautiful at the same time. You have to hear it yourself in order to grasp what I mean by saying that. As a bonus, I'm actually going to give you guys a waltz-choreography to the song, choreographed by the talented Mark Ballas who is a professional partner on Dancing With the Stars US, performed by Chelsea Kane (Jonas Brothers Disney telly) and himself. I have to say though, ignore the judges comments, they were looking for traditional waltz, but Mark gave them Emmy worthy waltz instead; therefore, they are lil bit grumpy about it. Nonetheless, this choreography did get Emmy nominated in the Best Choreography category.

Ok, enough for the previews. Now, back to the main reason why I'm doing this blog in the first place, TITANIUM

An awesome, awesome song. Its lyrics are amazing and its tones are uplifting. It actually has the potential to be a big hit in my opinion. I like this song so much and have listened dozens of time already. You can dance to this song and throw away your heavy burdens that you might have :p Enjoy the song and please buy David Guetta album, Nothing but the Beat when it comes out or pre-order now on AMAZON. Have a good day my fellas!!!

Real World Disney PrinCeSSes!

Hi all, Howchu doin'?

I'm not doing really well today. Lots of stuffs happen that were... "not according to plan" as Viktor in Corpse Bride might put it. However, let's stop whining and get over it. It's outta my hand anyway, let's just pray for the best and let God do the rest.
So, in order to calm myself, I decided to make another post. Yipiiii.... This time, I'm taking more mainstream approach, not too mainstream yet though :p Yep, this time I'm gonna discuss about (drum roll please *dum dum dum dum*) DISNEY PRINCESSES. Yap, you heard it right lads, Disney Princesses, but not like Cinderella, Snow White, Jasmine and Ariel thingy. It's more real world "Disney Princesses" which I might suspect might be the "guilty pleasure" for lots of teenage boys.
Real World Disney Princess. Meaning? Female actresses or should I say "stars" who emerge to stardom from one of the biggest enterprise in the history of humanity, the one and only Disney. I said stars instead of just simply actresses since they're not only capable of acting, but also singing, dancing, producing films and even making perfumes (which is currently "in" in the actresses world). As far as I know, and correct me if I'm wrong, there are only 5 major female stars that come from this big enterprise. Major as in BIG, insanely well-known, not necessarily for good reason tough. These quintuplets are: (from top left - clockwise) Demi Lovato, Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, Lindsay Lohan and Hilary Duff. Each of them has starred in Disney movies on their younger age and has managed to establish their own career. Let's remind you guys or even introduce, for those living on other planets :p, you guys to these five insanely talented ladies.

Let's start with the fabulous Hilary Duff!

Oh Gosh, how should I start? Well, first of all, she was born on September 28, 1987. There, you could guess in what era her fanboys were born. Second fact, yes, you're absolutely right, she was the one and only Lizzie McGuire, a cute and fun teenage girl with an animated self that actually shows her true feelings. She became really popular after portraying this character or at least that's how I know her existence. Due to the high ratings of the series, it has been made to a full-length movie which was really big, especially in Asia (or Singapore if my memory don't fail me). As a Disney stars, she also got to go through the "ritual" that I believe she was happily to do. What kind of ritual? well, if you are a big fans of Disney like me, then you should know that almost every Disney stars need to lend their (not necessarily) beautiful voices on songs. In other words, they are asked to be singers. Hilary Duff got to sing the soundtracks of both the series and the movies of Lizzie McGuire and I can tell you right now that she has gorgeous, gorgeous soft voice.
Her voice were so good that Walt Disney Studio decided to made a recording contract with her. She then got to release her debut album entitled, Santa Claus Lane. This holiday album manage to be certified Gold for shipping 500,000 copies to retailers. Personally, I think this is a great debut album. I love her voice, I love all the songs, I just love it. I'm actually having a hard time to decide which one from the eleven great tracks that I will be choosing to sample on. Finally, after a long hard struggle I decide to put her rendition of a sweet old song, Last Christmas. This is just a sample, lads, if you like what you hear and want to hear more of Hilary, please buy the CD on CD UNIVERSE or AMAZON.

Her music carer grows as her acting carer grows. She starred in many memorable movies, such as: Agent Cody Banks, Cheaper by the Dozens and its sequel, a Cinderella Story and Raise Your Voice. Meanwhile, she released her sophomore album entitled, Metamorphosis. The sales of the album were Disney all time high, giving her Platinum certification for shipping 500,000 copies. Her second album were more 'fierce' than her debut album. Lots of the songs were really great. Again, I'm having difficulties for picking tracks to sample. In the end, I decide that Come Clean is the winner in this round. This time is her official music video. Enjoy! Oh, and as always, if you are addicted to her voice, feel free to buy it on AMAZON.
I decide not to discuss about her movies in-depth as it will take dozens and dozens of hours and sleepless night to discuss all of it as they were all awesome. Moreover, it doesn't feel good to discuss it here as it will be all unorganised and stuff.
Therefore, lemme just finish with her music section. I believe her voice is more than enough to enchant you to her endless beauty, BAH... what am I saying? I sounded like a poet-er or something. Anyhow, a year later, Hilary released her self-titled album, Hilary Duff. This album is more "emo" than the previous ones. Nonetheless, she is still Hilary Duff. Her voice actually sounded awesome in some of the tracks. Yes more mature and depth, but still sweet to hear. Oh gosh I'm so torn about this one, there were still 2 outstanding tracks that I cannot decide which one should I put. These are between Who's that Girl which is apparently also in the soundtrack of her movie Perfect Man and Someone's Watching Over Me which is coincidentally also become a soundtrack of her movie Raise Your Voice. Hufffff... hmmmm... ok, I decide to just put these 2 videos up, I cannot call it. It's draw for me :p Here you go, ENJOY! Like what you hear? Want to taste the emo-ness of Hilary? Easy, just buy the album on AMAZON.

Ok, back to business.

As her acting and music carer grows, her age grows as well. She become more mature, talented and of course, more beautiful. Her acting grows in a way that she is willing to take mature role which might not be suitable for kids anymore, but hey, her fans are growing as well aren't cha boys? :p Accordingly, her music grows mature as well.

She sounded totally different in her fourth album, DignityHowever, I still LOVE her. In my opinion, her voice actually sits comfortably in this kind of genre strangely. Once again tough, I have trouble deciding which tracks I should put in. However, in the end, the first track of the CD, Strangers is the one who is worthy enough to get the chunk. I have to say though, this time, her music video helps was the main reason why I chose this song. She looks absolutely gorgeous in this video. Kinda funky, sexy, hippy. I love her new looks. Therefore, without any further due, please welcome, Strangers. If you like her new sound just as much as I did, then you should buy it on AMAZON without delay.

Phew, I never thought that doing 1 girl will take me so long.
I don't have any other choice then. I am sorry to say folks, it had to be 1 at a time. I will be blogging for the other girls sometimes later. I am tired right now and my eyes are kinda almost like panda :p Just one quick fact before I wrap up, Hilary Duff has launched her own perfume called With Love... Just click the link to find out more about it.  Lastly, she recently wrote a novel, Elixir which is now a New York Times Best Seller. I personally haven't read the novel yet, I'm more telly guy :p However, I think it must be a good one since it became NYT bestseller. Therefore, give it a try by buying it on BORDERSThat's all for tonight, see ya all later in a brand new day! Night Peeps!

"Julia Child's Boeuf à La Bourguignonne"

Howdy all!

This is officially my first content post, oh, I'm so excited about this! To begin with, I think the history of why did I start all of this blogging thing would be an appropriate story as the debut post. Well, it's a long, long story I tell you; yet, it's an exciting one. All began on last monday night, when I was relaxing on my bed, doing nothing (as always). Suddenly, I wanted to watch a movie. A light drama with a touch of comedy that should be easy to discern on your brain that was. I began searching and searching. After countless hours (exaggerated :p), one movie caught my eyes, that movie was Julie & Julia.
Very strange right. Actually the reason why it caught my eyes was quite different from what I was aiming for. The main reason was none other than the main actresses on the movie: the one and only, queen of actresses I might say, multi-award winners, Meryl Streep and the very funny, talented and understated in my opinion, Amy Adams.Lemme give you some background about these absolutely fabulous actresses just in case some of you live in cave or something :p (no offence). Hollywood 101!

Let's start with Meryl Streep, gosh how do I even start. Well, she is... a 'diva' in the actresses world. She had played dozens of films, many of which are critically acclaimed. She was well known for her role as powerful, almost dictator-ish, choleric fashion magazine editor, Miranda "That's all" Priestly in Devils Wears Prada (2006). She sang ABBA music in Mamma Mia! as Donna Sheridan (2008). Lastly, she lent her unique voice as Mrs. Fox in an animated movies, Fantastic Mr. Fox that I love, love, love.
Now, let's move on to Amy Adams. Well, honestly, I only know 2 well-known movies in which she starred in; but, these two are more than enough to capture my heart. Firstly, she starred in a Disney movies, Enchanted as princess Giselle. Her performance and voice were just WOW. I was definitely enchanted (especially with the "That's How you Know" song). Secondly, she shared a role with the always funny, Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson in the "Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian" as Amelia Earhart. She once again captivated me with her funny performance.
As soon as I see these two names, I just couldn't resists myself, I have to watch this. To cut things short, I finally watched the movie and it was as expected, another stellar performance from these two actresses. The story is basically about a married woman with a boring life, Julie who tries to find out something significant to do, something that makes her alive. As she was thinking about what she should do, her husband suggest her to cook which is something she loved to do. She was obsessed with Julia Child, a female chef who was well-know for bringing French cooking to American. Thus, Julie finally decided to make a blog about her trying to cook all of 524 Julia's recipes within a limit of 365 days.
The thing is, her decision to make her life worthwhile has inspired me. I was in the same state as Julie was; however, I decided to make my life more exciting as she did. Not cooking though, as I sucked in that (3 years cooking lessons in high school and still fruitless result :p), it's the blogging. Therefore, this blog was born. Just as Julie said in the movie, I will also say...
This movie is really wonderful. Meryl's accent was so funny, I think she tried to sound as close as possible to the real Julia Child. Amy's acting was also worth-noting. She looked kinda boyish in this film though ^o^ Oh, and one more thing that I learned from the movie was beef bourguignon or Boeuf à La Bourguignonne. I just loved how funny and delicious it sounds. Can someone makes me a beef bourguignon? I wanted Julia Child's one ^o^
I hope you enjoy this story, more exciting ones will come up soon!!!

How do you do? Lad and Lass :p

Welcome, Welcome, Welcome... to my very first blog ever!!!
Guess all of you might have been wondering, what this blog is about?
Well, it's simple, this blog is about everything. Yap, that's right, I said EVERYTHING (some words omitted).
Starting from the lamest music, dumbest movies, silly dance moves to the coolest music, tearjerker movies and "out of this world" dance moves.

Unfortunately to say, it's not really covering everything that is happening in the current world; it actually covers everything that I have said above in my "kingdom" a.k.a. that I like :P
I kno2, I might disappoint you, but hey, I'm a boy who like pretty lots of things. Meaning, I have a wide interests in those things. Wester, Eastern, Northern, Southern, Middle (Is there anything called this? Well, whateva)
What's more to that is that I actually have pretty "androgynous" interests, so, lads and lass are all welcome ^o^
The purpose of this blog is simple, to have FUN!!! Anyone who is bored with his/her life, have nothing to do and wish there are things to do to kill the time, this blog might be just for you! Me, JoI, will be your (quoting the girl in Shrek 2) "true...enough" bestie on this "imaginary world". I will be blogging about things that catches my interest that might (which I'm sure) catch your interests as well. Then, we can have a chat all night long (giggles, that is if I'm not fallen to sleep). Just be prepared for the mind-blowing blog you will ever witness (LoL :P).
I have lots of thoughts on my mind, but should save it for later as this is only WW post.
Lastly, as some of you might have noticed on the banner above, as a big fan of Katekyō Hitman Reborn! or in Japan 家庭教師ヒットマンREBORN! I will say

"WELCOME TO THE FAMILIA!"
